Note to persons who plan to purchase first-hand residential properties on the Lunar New Year Eve and during the Lunar New Year public holidays (16 to 19 February 2026)

Vendors may temporarily suspend the offer to sell first-hand residential properties in their developments/phases on the Lunar New Year Eve and during the Lunar New Year public holidays (16 to 19 February 2026), including closing the sales offices and the premises where they have been making available hard copies of the sales brochures, price list(s), document(s) containing the sales arrangements and the Register of Transactions for the developments/phases for collection/inspection by the public.

SRPA advises those who plan to purchase first-hand residential properties during the aforementioned period of time to find out from the vendors of the developments/phases concerned before the Lunar New Year Eve whether they are open for business during that period of time and the details.
