Any person wishing to make an enquiry or a complaint to the SRPA may do so by taking any of the following means –

Performance Pledges

The SRPA will acknowledge receipt of enquiries/complaints in writing as soon as possible and no later than ten calendar days.

Under normal circumstances, a substantive reply will be issued within 21 calendar days after receipt of an enquiry or a complaint. If a substantive reply cannot be provided within 21 calendar days, the enquirer/complainant will be informed of the progress on or before the substantive reply due date and on a monthly basis.

Personal Data Privacy Policy

It is voluntary for complainants to supply their personal data. All personal data collected by the SRPA will only be used for purposes directly related to complaint handling. The information provided may also be disclosed or transferred to other government departments or agencies or other parties for the purposes to exercise the powers and perform the functions under the Ordinance, including to administer the provisions of the Ordinance and other purposes as required or permitted by law or a directly related purpose.
