Alternative Mode of Services to be Introduced on 3 October 2023

Members of the public may obtain access to sales documents through various means –

Websites designated by Vendors for first-hand residential developments and their sales offices

SRPE website (www.srpe.gov.hk)

SRPA (Unit E, 31/F, E-Trade Plaza, 24 Lee Chung Street, Chai Wan, Hong Kong)

(a) Service for Walk-in Visitors

A computer terminal is provided at the SRPA Reception for the public’s free online access to the Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Electronic Platform, SRPA website and the designated websites of the first-hand residential developments.
Subject to availability, every walk-in visitor may use the computer for 40 minutes.

(b) Service by Appointment

We shall provide the members of public with access to hard copies of the sales brochures and price lists of the first-hand residential properties that are being offered for sale at the SRPA Reception.

The public may make appointment for the service by telephone, email or fax:

Booking should normally be made three working days before the appointment date so as to allow sufficient time for searching document. More time for searching may be required if more than five documents or earlier versions of sales documents are requested.

The opening hours of the SRPA Reception are as follows:

Monday to Friday
(except public holidays)

9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
