The SRPA operates a resource centre which is open to the public.
The Resource Centre keeps hard copies of the sales brochures and price lists of individual first-hand residential developments the sale of which is subject to the Ordinance. Visitors are welcome to browse the sales brochures and price lists in the Resource Centre.
Also, there are two computer terminals in the Resource Centre. Visitors are welcome to make use of the computer terminals to gain free access to the websites of individual first-hand residential developments the sale of which is subject to the Ordinance, this website of the SRPA, as well as the Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Electronic Platform (SRPE). The SRPE is a centralized electronic database of the SRPA. It contains the sales brochures, price lists, and registers of transactions of individual first-hand residential developments the sale of which is subject to the Ordinance.
